CamJack is a smart RV jack system with integrated camera functionality and mobile app control. The Service allows you to:

• Control your CamJack device remotely via the mobile app
• View live camera feeds from your RV jack
• Access leveling assistance features
• Control work lights and locator lights
• Receive notifications and updates

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Proper Use and Safety

You agree to use the Service and CamJack device safely and responsibly:

• Follow all installation and operation instructions provided
• Ensure proper weight distribution and load limits

5. Intellectual Property

• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

6. Warranty and Disclaimer

CamJack hardware comes with a limited warranty as described in the product documentation. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAUER PRODUCTS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bauer Products Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
